Anushka’s Nishabdham is all set for a direct to digital release and the makers are presently in talks with Amazon Prime Video. A deal will be struck sooner or later and an official announcement regarding the OTT release will be made accordingly.
If the latest exclusive reports are to go by, the entire script of Nishabdham had to be changed in the starting stages itself.
Apparently, the makers wanted Nishabdham to be a silent flick(a film with no dialogues) much like the vintage film ‘Pushpaka Vimaanam’ and the script was prepared accordingly. However, the unit later felt that the plan wouldn’t work out with the current generation audience and the entire script had to be altered consequently.
The entire treatment and the script, as a whole, had to be rewritten with dialogues for almost every character, except for Anushka, who is playing a naturally mute person in the film.
Hemant Madhukar is making his directorial debut with Nishabdham and TG Vishwa Prasad is producing it.
