If strong buzz doing the rounds in Film Nagar is to be believed, short-legged lass Nithya Menen is being considered for the Southern remake of “Queen”. Although the names of Trisha, Anushka, Nayantara, Tamanna cropped up earlier, the latest name making the buzz is Nithya Menen.
Apparently, Nithya is now considered for the southern version of Queen. Tamil actor-producer Thiagarajan will be remaking the movie in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. While Mallu girl Nithya is known for her acting prowess and beauty, she recently bagged acclaim for her role in Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju.
She is currently part of prestigious project directed by Mani Ratnam and Dulquer Salman as protagonist. Naturally, Nithya is the choice for Queen remake. No doubt, Nithya would be apt to step into the shoes of Kangana, but it needs to be seen whether Nithya gives her nod or not.
