Director Anil Ravipudi is a confident man ahead of the release of his film F3, the second film in the hit franchise F2: Fun & Frustration. “Not only is the film big on entertainment, it has a story that everyone will relate to. I have made a better film this time around, and I’m curious to see how the audience will react to it,” says Anil.
The comic caper will see Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Tamannah and Mehreen reprise their roles as Venky, Varun, Harika and Honey. “The film is going to be a laugh riot, with Venky and Varun bringing on their A-game. Despite the characters being the same, I started this film afresh, with no baggage from the prequel spilling over to this. Their behaviour quirks might be the same, but this time around, they just have a lot more scope for performance,” explains the director, adding, “I have a feeling, Mehreen will steal the show in the first half of the film and Tamannah will catch your attention in the second half. As for Sonal Chauhan, you’ll just have to wait and watch.”
Anil, who’s previously helmed successful entertainers such as Supreme, Pataas, Raja: The Great and Sarileru Neekevvaru, urges the audience to leave their thinking hats at home and watch the film for its entertainment. “It’s the kind of film that you’ll enjoy with your family without having to concentrate too much. There’ll be a lot of laughs in store for the audience, and I can’t wait for them to experience it,” he adds.
