Acclaimed Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil has revealed a unique and heartwarming retirement plan — to become an Uber driver in Barcelona. While promoting his latest film Maareesan, Fahadh reiterated a dream he first shared in 2020: to spend his post-acting days driving people around the beautiful streets of Spain.
In a recent interview, Fahadh said he finds joy in simple acts like helping someone reach their destination. “It’s something fulfilling,” he remarked, adding that the idea of driving after retiring from films excites him just as much as playing a sport or watching TV. His visit to Barcelona earlier this year only deepened his love for the city and strengthened his desire to live there someday.
The actor also shared that his wife, actress Nazriya Nazim, fully supports his unconventional dream. While Fahadh continues to impress audiences with his powerful performances — including his role in Pushpa 2: The Rule — it’s his grounded and humble vision for the future that truly sets him apart.
