After scoring back-to-back hits with ‘F2’ and ‘Gaddalakonda Ganesh’, Mega prince Varun Tej has accepted a sports drama titled ‘Ghani’ under the direction of debutant Kiran Korrapati. Produced by Allu Bobby and Sidhu Mudda, Varun will be seen as a boxer in this much-awaited film.
The ‘Tholi Prema’ hero went through a lot of strain to get the perfect body that suit’s the boxer role. He regularly posted his workout clicks and videos to keep the audience updated. A major part of the shooting has been completed and post the second lockdown, the team of ‘Ghani’ revealed that the final shoot schedule is in progress. The climax boxing episode will be filmed during this schedule and sources say that it is going to be one of the biggest highlights of this film.
The poster showcases Varun Tej sweating in the boxing ring and we can see the blood on his face. The poster looks intense and attractive at the same time. Bollywood hero Suniel Shetty and Kannada star Upendra are playing crucial roles in this flick while Saiee Manjrekar is the heroine. Star music director Thaman is working on the tunes while George cranked the camera. The release date is yet to be announced.
