The makers of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 have laid out the first action plan for the film’s shooting schedule and it is an interesting one. In contrast to everyone’s expectations that Pushpa 2 will hit the floors very soon, the makers have decided to take things slow.
Apparently, Pushpa 2 will be hitting the floors only towards the end of July this year, which is still 3 months from now.
This pretty much confirms that the makers of Pushpa 2 are in no rush to kickstart the shooting schedule at the earliest. Their first action plan appears to be to take things slow for now.
If the film’s shoot commences in July, then, by all means, the film will be releasing only next summer. While a few might argue that waiting till summer 2023 might dampen the hype on Pushpa, a few opine that the delay will further build hype and anticipation on the film.
Pushpa was a big hit in the Hindi market and it has laid the platform for the second part. The second installment is more than likely to get off to a flying start in the pan-India circuit.
Pushpa 2 will reportedly be shot on a lavish scale and it will be a big ticket outing. It is heard that Mythri Movie Makers have allotted a massive budget for the project. They intend to market the film is the most aggressive way possible.
There are also reports that the makers have doubled the remuneration for Allu ARjun and Sukumar thanks to the blockbuster success of the first part. They are ready to shell out big bucks for the second part of the Pushpa franchise.
The makers intend to drop more details about the project in the days to come as the film gears up to commence the shoot which is not too far from now.
