The first official poster for Akshay Kumar’s forthcoming Bollywood outing ‘Pad Man’ is here! Starting Akshay, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in lead roles, this comedy drama has been announced to release on 26th January, 2018. The first look which shows smiling Akshay Kumar on a bicycle with both his hands up in the air.
Directed by critically acclaimed filmmaker R Balki, Pad Man’s story inspired from the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, a Tamil Nadu based social entrepreneur who invented low-cost sanitary pads making machine.
‘This Republic Day’ says the poster while the actor tweeted – ‘Not all superheroes come with capes! Bringing you the true story of a real superhero, #Padman this Republic Day- 26th January, 2018!’
