A fraudster named Ashish Kumar Singh has been arrested by Hyderabad cyber crime police for misusing Sonu Sood’s name to dupe commoners on Twitter.Ashish opened a Twitter account with the name Sonu Sood Corporate Office and duped several people who approached him, thinking this handle belongs to Sonu Sood.
The conman used to demand those who contacted him to deposit money into his bank account.Hyderabad cyber crime department looked into the issue after receiving multiple complaints and detained Ashish earlier today.
There have been multiple instances of fraudster misusing Sonu Sood’s name to cheat netizens and fleece them.Sonu Sood had already requested netizens not to interact with any organisation which had his name as they aren’t authorised.
