Actress Swathi who is popularly known as Colours Swathi left a lasting impression on Telugu audience with her energetic and innocent roles in films like ‘Asta Chamma’, ‘Aadavvari Maatalaku Arhale Verule’, ‘Swamy Ra Ra’ and others. After getting married, Swathi did not act in films. But the latest sources claim that she is coming back to play a crucial role in ‘Karthikeya 2’.
Swathi was the heroine in the first installment of ‘Karthikeya’ which was released back in 2014. The film was a super hit at that time. Swathi is a good friend of hero Nikhil and director Chandoo Mondeti. As ‘Karthikeya 2’ is expected to be a continuation of its first part, there were speculations about Swathi’s involvement in this film.
Actor Nikhil recently confirmed that Swathi is going to play an important role in this mystery thriller. People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts banners are jointly producing this interesting film. This film’s success is very important for Chandoo Mondeti as his last outing ‘Savyasachi’ turned out to be a failure.
