Investigation into an alleged gangrape complaint in Saravanampatti police station limits in Coimbatore only exposed how a lady has misguided everyone to avoid marriage with the man of her Parents choice.
Barely 3 days ago, A Police complaint was registered for alleged gangrape of a 22-Year-Old Girl by two unidentified persons at a hostel in Saravanampatti.
Preliminary Investigation revealed that the Victim was found in an unconscious state in her hostel room and was tied up in a chair at around 11 am on July 28th. Within hours after the incident, Parents have taken the girl to their residence. When Police went to the girl’s house in Erode for questioning, They began suspecting a foul play as she kept changing the versions. Finally, She confessed to have created a scene out of nothing after being informed about the seriousness of the case & consequences.
Actually, The Girl was in love with a man since the age of 14 but her parents were against their inter-caste marriage and making attempts to get her married by the end of this year. To make sure her parents willn’t trouble her anymore & allow her to get married to her lover, She chalked out a ‘rape’ drama and executed it but hardly anticipated the police interrogation. Cops issued a stern warning asking her not to resort to such mischief in future.
