Telugu action hero Gopichand has faced a series of setbacks in recent times, with his films failing to perform well at the box office. Following the disappointing reception of “Viswam,” directed by Sreenu Vaitla, the actor is now banking on young directors to revive his career.
Gopichand’s last significant success was “Soukyam,” while “Seetimaar” achieved moderate success. However, his subsequent films, “Bhimaa” and “Rama Banam,” failed to make a mark at the ticket windows. The actor had pinned high hopes on “Viswam,” but unfortunately, it too met with commercial failure.
In a recent interview, Gopichand discussed his upcoming projects. He revealed that he is collaborating with two new directors, with whom he has developed a strong rapport. One of these films will be produced by UV Creations, while the other will be produced by Bapineedu of SVCC. There are also rumors circulating about Gopichand teaming up with Radha Krishna Kumar, the director of the film “Jil.”
