So far, Vallabhaneni Vamsi has earned himself the name of being a rebel MP in the TDP, often criticising TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu very openly. According to the latest reports, it is being said that Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary, of East Godavari district, is about to be the new rebel in the party.
The reason for this is because Gorantla reportedly feels that he is not being given his due importance in the party, despite being one of the most senior members of the party. This is because the TDP has come to the decision that it wants to encourage the younger generation, and not the older ones, in order to appeal to more people in the state.
As Gorantla’s son is a busy doctor, there’s no other option than to encourage him in politics, but this is not happening. However, this is not being done in the party, which is upsetting the senior leader. While Gorantla doesn’t seem to have any ideas of quitting the party and joining another one right now, he is said to be keen on getting back into active politics, by talking to Chandrababu. It is now to be seen if this works out.
