Ever since the data theft case came to light, it has been full of twists and turns. In the recent development, the IT Grids company CEO Ashok has approached High Court of Telangana with a petition to quash the illegal cases filed against him. Ashok has filed a quash petition in this issue.
While Telangana police already registered a case against IT Grids, Telangana government formed a SIT (Special Investigation Team) to speed up the probe. Writing to the court that the case against him was fabricated, Ashok had sought a stay on the proceedings as an immediate relief.
His petition is expected to come up for hearing either on Saturday or Monday. Ashok, in has petition, informed High Court that IT Grids did not involve in any kind of data theft.
