Balaji Motion Pictures Issues Fake Casting Warning
Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures has issued a warning on Instagram about fraudulent casting directors misusing the company’s name. The production house urged aspiring actors and the public to remain vigilant and clarified that all casting is conducted only through Balaji’s official and verified channels.
The post specifically called out Instagram accounts held by Vishal and Pooja, who were claiming to be assistant casting directors under the handle pooja_castingdirector. Balaji confirmed that these individuals have no affiliation with the company and condemned any attempts to exploit actors by leveraging the production house’s reputation. They reminded everyone that legitimate casting calls never come from unofficial accounts.
Sharing the note, Balaji captioned, “Your dream deserves safety. Don’t fall prey to fake casting calls. Always verify.”
Alongside the warning, the banner highlighted its upcoming projects, including Vrusshabha, Bhooth Bangla (releasing April 2, 2026), and Vvan (releasing May 15, 2026). Fans are also eagerly awaiting Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 and Naagin 7.
