‘Gundamma Katha’ Actress L.Vijayalakshmi in Anveshana

Riding high on a streak of consecutive blockbusters, Adivi Sesh continues his triumphant run with two exciting projects in the pipeline. Among them, Dacoit stands out as a landmark film, marking the directorial debut of acclaimed cinematographer Shaneil Deo. The action-packed thriller features Mrunal Thakur as the leading lady, while filmmaker Anurag Kashyap steps into a compelling role as a sharp and witty police inspector.

Adding further momentum to the film’s buzz, top music composer Bheems Ceciroleo—currently at the peak of his form—has been roped in to score the music. In a testament to the film’s anticipation and Sesh’s soaring popularity, Sony Music has acquired the audio rights (Telugu and Hindi) for a staggering ₹8 crore. This marks the biggest ever music deal in Adivi Sesh’s career, reflecting his growing pan-Indian appeal and consistent success rate.

Jointly produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and Suniel Narang, with Annapurna Studios presenting, Dacoit is being shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi to cater to a wider audience base.

Building anticipation ahead of its release, the makers are all set to unveil the film’s much-awaited “Fire Glimpse” on May 26.

With an elite cast, powerful storytelling, and high production values, Dacoit promises to be another feather in the cap for Adivi Sesh and a cinematic treat for audiences nationwide.
