Veteran actress and sitting MP Hema Malini has sold two of her luxury apartments in Mumbai’s upscale Oshiwara neighborhood for a combined ₹12.50 crore, according to property registration records filed in August 2025.
Both apartments are located in the Oberoi Springs complex in Andheri West, a prime residential area renowned for its luxury housing and excellent connectivity. Each unit has a carpet area of 847 sq ft (around 79 sq m) and a built-up area of 94.46 sq m (approximately 1,017 sq ft).
The records indicate that each apartment was sold for ₹6.25 crore, inclusive of a car parking space. Stamp duty of ₹31.25 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000 were paid for each transaction.
Andheri West remains one of Mumbai’s most sought-after localities, offering easy access to the Western Express Highway, SV Road, suburban railway, and the Versova–Ghatkopar Metro line. Its blend of luxury towers, established residential societies, and vibrant social life keeps demand high among both buyers and investors.
Fondly known as Bollywood’s “Dream Girl,” Hema Malini rose to fame in the 1970s and 1980s with a string of blockbuster hits. Beyond her film career, she has excelled as a dancer, director, and now as a politician, currently representing Mathura as a Member of Parliament.
