The widely anticipated trailer of RRR was unveiled by the makers earlier today. The trailer received a thumbs up from all sections of the audience and it is garnering a record number of views and likes on YouTube.
Coming to the topic, RRR’s OTT release period has become a hot topic now. When asked about the same, Jayanti Lal Gada, who bagged the Hindi language theatrical rights of the film made an interesting comment.
“#RRR will premiere on OTT 75 to 90 days after its release. We are confident that people would want to experience this in cinema halls for a long time. We won’t opt for a 30-day premiere,” Jayanti Lal said.
Well, this makes it clear that RRR won’t be arriving on OTT for at least 3 months from its theatrical release. This move is intended to help the theatrical revenues of the periodic action epic that is sold for humongous prices.
RRR will be hitting the silver screens on the 7th of January and its OTT premieres might be towards the end of April or later.
