High Court granted conditional bail to Akhila Priya’s husband and brother

High Court has granted conditional bail to the accused in the Boinapally kidnapping case.

The court granted bail to Bhuma Akhilapriya‘s husband Bhargav Ram and brother Jagadvikyata Reddy, the main accused in the case.

The High Court, which heard the petition filed by Bhargav Ram and Jagadwikyata Reddy for anticipatory bail, granted conditional bail.

The High Court also granted bail to Bhargav Ram’s parents Kiranmayi, Naidu, and two others – Siddhartha, and Mallikharjuna Reddy.

Former AP minister Bhuma Akhil Priya was arrested by the police in the abducting case of a close relative of Telangana CM KCR and remanded to Chanchalguda jail. She was jailed for 18 days and later released on bail.
