We all know that, mega power star Ram Charan is doing Thani Oruvan remake in Telugu. Stylish maker Surender Reddy is almost finalized to direct the stylish action entertainer. Original Tamil version director Mohan Raja was initially considered, but Charan thought Suri is best pick. Mega family close aide DVV Danayya will produce the film while Kajal Agarwal is rumored to cast opposite Charan in the flick.
Earlier reports suggested that, Aravind Swamy would reprise his role in Telugu version too. But, makers ruled out the rumors saying a popular Telugu actor will essay the powerful role. Rana Daggubati’s name is doing rounds, but it is unclear whether he can allot dates for the film or not since the tall hunk has many films lined up and notably he can’t disturb Baahubali 2 schedules.
In fact, Rana who stunned nationwide spectators with his villainy acts in Baahubali would feel happy sharing screen space with his best buddy, but he has to provide bulk dates for the film in which his role will have equal importance that of Charan’s.
It is heard that, if Rana can’t adjust call sheets for his friend, then Sundeep Kishan is other option the makers are looking at. Sundeep delivered few decent hits, but his bad guy role in Prasthanam will be remembered forever. So, he is other best option for the role in Thani Oruvan remake.
