Several members of the Telugu Desam Party have shifted their base to the ruling YSRCP in the recent months. From seniors to juniors, many have been absorbed by the YSRCP in one way or another, and this has become common knowledge to everyone.
Now, a senior member from the YSRCP is expected to shift base from the ruling party to the opposition TDP party, after he reportedly got upset with the way the YSRCP has been working.
Former minister and YSR Congress party MLA from Atmakur constituency in Nellore district Anam Ramanarayana Reddy enjoyed great prominence in the Congress party when the state of Andhra Pradesh was undivided. However, his current state of affairs in the party is a different story, with CM Jagan giving more importance to younger leaders.
Anam recently said that there’s no friends or enemies in politics and that everyone keeps changing their affiliations every now and then. Following this statement from Anam, several members are speculating that Anam is considering rejoining the TDP after all this time. Anam has also said that everyone will get to know the real power of the Anam family very soon.
Only time will tell what will happen.
