The Telangana government is not being the least bit transparent about the situation of Coronavirus in the state. No regular health bulletins are released, and no sort of information is made available to the public. Nobody even knows what the government is doing to stop the spread of the virus, and how they are treating the infected.
The worst part remains the fact that not a single person is aware of the number of tests that are being conducted on a daily basis in the state, and even if they are being conducted in the first place. The Chief Minister of the state, KCR, hasn’t responded to the situation in a really long time, and whenever the Health Minister, Etala Rajendar Reddy responds, absolutely blasphemous things come out of his mouth.
Acting on this exact thing, the High Court of Telangana has ordered the government to submit a complete record of the total number of tests done in the state, the total number of beds available, what the government is doing to control the spreading of the virus, and a detailed report of all the containment zones in the state. However, the state failed to respond to the High Court, even after repeated instructions.
Finally, the government released a rather interesting health bulletin today. Looking at the bulletin that has been released, it is rather clear that the government did this to please the government, and to let it off its back. The health bulletin released by the government is 59 pages long. This 59 pages long health bulletin is a joke in itself, making everyone feel like the government released such a long one as a satire.

The bulletin consists of all the details the High Court has asked, including the number of beds, the number of positive cases recorded in a single day, where the tests are being conducted, what kind of tests are being conducted, etc. What feels a bit too far fetched is the list of every hospital in every district, and the details of that hospital have also been included in the bulletin.
The High Court responded to the health bulletin released, and questioned the Chief Secretary and the Health Secretary about why the government is not releasing a Health Bulletin daily. It also questioned why regular tests are not being done in the state. Furthermore, the High Court asked them to submit a report detailing the reasons why the government is failing to execute and follow the High Court’s orders.
