Actress Lavanya Tripathi is gracefully juggling her personal and professional worlds. While preparing to welcome her first child with husband Varun Tej, Lavanya is back in the studio, lending her voice for her upcoming Telugu film Sathi Leelavathi.

In Sathi Leelavathi, she stars opposite Malayalam actor Dev Mohan. The film, directed by Tatineni Satya of Bhimili Kabaddi Team and SMS fame, is said to be a heartfelt yet entertaining exploration of married life. Produced by Nagamohan under Durgadevi Pictures — part of the Anandi Arts legacy — the film has completed shooting and is now in post-production. Dubbing work is currently underway.

Music is composed by Mickey J. Meyer, with Binendra Menon handling cinematography and Satish Surya taking care of editing. The makers are eyeing a summer 2025 release, and the film is expected to strike a chord with family audiences.

Lavanya’s decision to return to the mic during her pregnancy has drawn quiet admiration across the industry. She and Varun Tej, whose relationship began on the sets of Mister in 2017, tied the knot in a dreamy ceremony in Tuscany in November 2023. The wedding was attended by close family and industry icons like Chiranjeevi and Allu Arjun. In May 2025, the couple joyfully announced their pregnancy with a charming photo that delighted fans.
