Jagan gets one of his criminal cases closed!

With Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy’s letter to the Chief Justice of India, all of his criminal cases have come into the limelight, all over the country. In order to prove the word of the oppositions wrong – that he is booked under 32 criminal cases – Jagan is said to be trying to get one of his cases closed, and the government is already said to be working on the matter.

When Jagan was the leader of the opposition, he threatened the Collector of Krishna district, and this was the talk of the town back then. A bus belonging to Diwakar Travels was returning from Hyderabad, and was the subject of an accident in Krishna District. A lot of people lost their lives, and were taken to the nearest hospital for a post mortem report. Jagan had then reached this hospital and snatched the post mortem papers away from the doctor, and subsequently, threatened the Collector, Ahmed Babu. He had threatened Ahmed by saying that he would send Ahmed to Central Jail.

A criminal case was booked on Jagan back then, after this incident took place. This incident was also captured in a video, which subsequently turned out to be the major evidence/proof in the case. Despite all of that, this case has now been closed.

The victims of this incident have now submitted a report in which it is stated that they were mistaken about the way Jagan had behaved, and that there was nothing wrong on his part. Given that the incident was caught on tape, which was seen by a lot of people, it is strange to imagine how the report has been submitted by the victims. Opposition parties are saying that the government is most certainly behind this, and that they are doing all they can to make sure that all the cases registered against Jagan are closed as soon as possible.
