The constructions belonging to Palla Shankar Rao, the brother of TDP leader and former Visakhapatnam TDP president Palla Srinivasa Rao, has been demolished by the GVMC officials and the Revenue department. So far, the Andhra Pradesh state government led by Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy recovered lands worth Rs 5080 crores in the state. According to the reports, the government recovered 430.81 acres of land. Currently, the state government is planning to recover another 40.05 acres of land worth Rs 791 crores. It is reported that most of this land was under TDP clutches.
According to the information from the sources, Palla Srinivasa Rao is the major culprit in this Vizag land mafia. The officials concerned with the respective state government departments revealed the details regarding the government lands recovered and their current market value.
