Jagan is desperate to ruin the High Court’s name? This is some plan

We all are aware of the tough period that the AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy has been facing over a certain period of time in the implementation of the capital decentralization bill.

The AP government went really distraught with the recurrent stay orders being issued by the judicial bench of the state’s highest authority and now it seems Jagan Mohan Reddy has thought of a plan to avoid this major barricade between him and Vizag.

In this order, the allegations made by Jaganmohan Reddy against some prominent figures in the legal and political system are being widely discussed.

The allegations made by the AP government that Supreme Court Justice NV Ramana, High Court Chief Justice JK Maheshwari, and some other judges were deliberately working for Chandrababu’s needs are the topic of the state for now.

Now, this entire screenplay ends at one place and it is nothing but the AP government or the AP CM on behalf of the government indirectly expressing their dissatisfaction over the High Court.

This is not as normal as it sounds. It is nothing but staging a scene where the people can’t trust the judicial system in India (at least in AP) and questioning the ethics and values of the court. Now, it sounds definitely elusive to digest.

The fact is that Jagan very swiftly consumed the art of getting sympathy and has mastered this political game over the years and now playing better than anyone else in the state.

Recalling the past, the Karnataka High Court had heard cases of irregularities in the income of the late Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in Tamil Nadu.

It is said that the decision on the Supreme Court was taken in view of Jayalalithaa’s appeal at the time that she did not believe in the Tamil Nadu High Court hearing.

Now, Jagan’s intention might be to repeat the feat that ‘Amma’ did in the neighboring state. This will definitely launch undue pressure on the AP High court’s judicial bench and Chief justices.

So, the Supreme Court should step into the act immediately to curb the growth of this culture right now so that this transition might not be adopted by the other states that disrupt the harmony of the constitution, judicial rights, and the freedom of expression of the Courts in India.
