Jagan Mohan Reddy government did not give permit for the rally of Chandra Babu Naidu in Visakhapatnam. This comes in the wake of Naidu objecting the 3 Capitals creation in the State.
As TDP challenged the no-permit rally which was given permission to only 50 members to welcome Naidu at the airport, the situation quickly turned aggressive and violent.
Exactly 3 years ago, then opposition leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had planned a rally in Vizag beach on 26th of January, 2017 for Special Status of Andhra Pradesh.
As soon as he landed in the Visakhapatnam airport, the Police did not let him step out. There were rumours that they have even manhandled Jagan in a humiliating manner. Fast forward, now the same scene is being replayed.
This is why Netizens started talking about the revenge that Jagan Mohan Reddy had taken on Chandra Babu Naidu for what happened to him 3 years ago. Same place, just positions have changed.
Even eggs and footwear were thrown at Naidu’s car. But still, just like Jagan back then, even Naidu is not backing down and is protesting at the airport itself.
