Jagan’s ex-advisor trying his best to enter Congress party

K Rama Chandra Murthy, ex-journalist and former advisor to the Andhra Pradesh government on public policy recently resigned to his post which used to fetch him nearly 3.6 lakhs per month.

Rama Chandra’s decision really surprised everyone in the media field as there is no way that any media house can hire him as the editor or director as the media industry is at its lowest owing to the Coronavirus pandemic. Given the experience and stature of Rama Chandra Murthy, no media house can afford him.

Now, slowly Rama Chandra Murthy is expressing his intentions out as he appears to be playing the role of a political ideologue, rather than a journalist. But strangely he took Congress Party as his first option. At a seminar conducted by the YS Rajasekhar Reddy Memorial Committee, he pitched for the Congress stating that it was the only party that could provide a solution to all the problems plaguing the country.

Rama Chandra targeted BJP and said that he took hold of all the democratic systems in the country in an unconstitutional way and the autonomy of the institutions like the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has completely lost. He expressed his confidence in Rahul and said that Congress will attain its lost glory if Rahul takes over the reins.

Taking the Indian National Congress’ stand and leaving the YSRCP led AP government’s cabinet raking post, Ram Chandra Murthy made it clear that he is not at all impressed with the governance of Jagan Mohan Reddy. It is quite evident that he is trying to enter Congress. So, let’s see how it goes.
