Kajal Agarwal has been a favourite for many over the past decade. Her stunning looks, grace and unparalleled glamour earned her a lot of fans. After getting married in the lockdown, Kajal became a mother and had to take a few months break before making a comeback into films. She is focusing on films once again and it looks like she has decided to take an interesting route.
Unlike before, she is open to playing powerful performance-oriented roles along with doing heroine roles beside senior heroes. As we know, she is the female lead in ‘Bhagavanth Kesari’ and the team released a lovely poster of hers on the occasion of Kajal’s birthday. But what surprised everyone is another film titled ‘Satyabhama’ where she will be seen as a fierce police role.
They released a special glimpse establishing her character in the movie. Kajal plays the role of ACP who walks into the jail in a saree and beats the hell out of the prisoners to extract the truth from them. Though it may take some time to get used to seeing Kajal in such a tough role, one can say that the background score, visuals and dialogues worked out pretty well.
We have seen a lot of star heroines like Nayanthara, Trisha and Samantha essaying action-oriented roles in recent times. While some of them are successful, some failed badly. We need to wait and see how Sashi Kiran Thikka convinces Kajal as this powerful cop officer in ‘Satyabhama’.
