In the film industry, everyone has their own passions and preferences. While some actors take up roles just for money or fame, others stick to their principles and choose only the projects they truly believe in. There are also those who, having already achieved recognition in their careers, now focus on doing work that satisfies them personally.

One such distinguished actor is Ashish Vidyarthi. He used to work continuously without breaks, appearing in numerous films. However, in recent years, he hasn’t acted in as many movies. Many assumed it was because he wasn’t getting enough opportunities. In this context, Ashish recently released a video on his YouTube channel where he spoke candidly about his career and opportunities.

In the video, Ashish revealed that he has been less active lately and understands that the audience misses him. He shared that he has played many strong and memorable characters over the years and was proud of his acting. However, he feels that lately he’s been offered the same kind of roles repeatedly, and he has decided not to take up such parts anymore.

He said that he will only act if he gets new and different roles, and that he is currently waiting for such opportunities. He also mentioned that if he gets a key role in a story, he will definitely accept it. Ashish has conveyed this stance to several directors as well. Over his 30-year career, he has acted in nearly 300 films across 11 languages, but now he wants to showcase something fresh and different.

He also remarked that while some people might feel pressured or stressed staying isolated, he is not that kind of person. Ashish Vidyarthi last appeared in the films “Kill” and “Aavesham.”
