Sensational star Vijay Devarakonda is known for taking advances from many producers and signing many films that come his way. Just by the release of Arjun Reddy itself, he has almost 3-4 films in his hand. But it looks like his speed met with brakes as he is doing a bilingual movie now.
Joining hands with Puri Jagan, actually, the talented actor started “Fighter” as a simple mass Telugu movie, but the arrival of Karan Johar as co-producer has surprised many. And that also brought Ananya Pandey into the movie, making the film a bilingual one now. But at the same time, Karan is also said to have laid a few more conditions to the young hero.
Until Fighter releases in theatres, he doesn’t want Vijay to sign any other movie. This could be seen from two different perspectives, one being the fact that Karan wants Vijay to stay focussed on Fighter alone. Other one is that he wants the actor to be choosy such that his career will not fall into flops with some wrong moves.
Anyway, Karan has slowed down Vijay for a reason, and for the hero who ate back to back punches through World Famous Lover and Dear Comrade definitely this will be helpful.
