Kavitha, former MP and daughter of BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), has reportedly penned an emotional and strongly worded six-page letter to her father following the BRS Silver Jubilee meeting held in Warangal.
Beginning the letter with “My Dear Daddy,” Kavitha expressed her deep disappointment with the way the event was organized. She criticized the party leadership for neglecting senior leaders who had stood by BRS since its inception. She questioned why veteran members were not given a place on the stage and why they were excluded from key discussions, calling it a serious lapse in acknowledging the party’s foundational pillars.
Kavitha also voiced her dissatisfaction with KCR’s speech at the event, describing it as lacking energy, direction, and clarity. Given that the Warangal meeting was a milestone marking 25 years of BRS, she felt it failed to make the intended impact. Important issues, according to her, were completely overlooked, making the entire gathering feel aimless.
The most striking part of the letter is Kavitha’s direct question to KCR regarding his lenient stance toward the BJP. She openly expressed her frustration over the Centre’s alleged targeting of her and questioned why her father did not take a stronger stand against them. “Daddy, BJP troubled me a lot. Why are you going easy on them?” she wrote, a line that has since gone viral and sparked heated debates across Telangana’s political spectrum.
As the letter circulates widely on social media, it has quickly become one of the most talked-about developments in Telangana politics. The internal discord within BRS, especially the visible rift between Kavitha and KCR, is now in full public view, raising serious questions about the party’s unity and direction.
