KCR to back in action sooner than expected

Telangana Chief Minister KCR tested positive for Coronavirus on April 19th, following which he has been in quarantine, at his farmhouse in Erravalli, on the outskirts of Hyderabad.

KCR tested negative for the virus recently and is doing well according to the doctors monitoring his health. Last week, KCR underwent some tests at Yashoda hospital, and all of his reports came out normal. No infection was found in his lungs, and he had been asked to be in home quarantine for 10 days, following which he had been asked to take another set of tests on Wednesday.

Tomorrow, KCR will be undergoing another set of tests at Somajiguda’s Yashoda hospital, after which he is expected to be back to work, functioning from Pragathi Bhavan. KCR is expected to conduct a review meeting on April 29 or 30, where he is expected to discuss the situation of Coronavirus in the state of Telangana, and take a call on what needs to be done after April 30.

It is being said that a day curfew can be introduced, if the CM finds the night curfew not being that helpful. In the meeting, the CM is also expected to finalize the details on the vaccination drive. Telangana crossed the mark of 10,000 cases on Tuesday, making it the highest number of cases the state has recorded in the second wave, so far.
