Family sources revealed that Dinesh had been battling health issues for a long time. Reportedly, he suffered a brain hemorrhage and was undergoing treatment at Sargan Hospital in Kundapura after earlier treatment in Bengaluru, but sadly, he could not recover.
Dinesh began his career in theatre before entering cinema, initially working as an art director in films like Aasphota (1988).
