In the film industry, it’s often impossible to predict what will happen—who will take over a project, or who will complete a film that someone else has started. Recently, director Krish faced a similar situation. He initially began a highly prestigious project with Power Star Pawan Kalyan under Hari Hari Veeramallu, but had to step away just as the project was nearing completion.

After exiting the project, Krish moved on to direct Ghaati, a female-oriented film starring Anushka, which is now ready for release. Ghaati is scheduled to hit theaters on September 5, and Krish has been actively participating in its promotions. During the promotional events, he faced several questions, including inquiries about Aditya 999.

Fans and media wanted to know if Krish is directing Aditya 999, the much-anticipated sequel to Aditya 369. Over time, several directors were considered for the project, and at one point, Balakrishna himself had planned to direct it. Recently, the project reportedly came under Krish’s direction, and rumors suggest that Balakrishna’s son Mokshagna will also be part of the film.

When asked about Aditya 999, Krish gave a single, clear answer: the film’s official announcement and any casting details—including Mokshagna’s involvement—will be disclosed only by Balakrishna himself. Producer and Krish’s friend Rajeev Reddy confirmed that discussions are ongoing, but Krish has been maintaining strict confidentiality regarding the project. According to industry sources, the project is already locked, and when it eventually launches, it will likely not come as a surprise.
