Charming actress Shraddha Kapoor, who has done a handful of love stories following the success of ‘Aashiqui 2’, will leave you gobsmacked with her transformation, hard-hitting dialogue delivery and spine-chilling performance as Haseena Parkar in the film.
The two-minute-eight-second long trailer has been unveiled and it promises to take audiences through the journey of how the very normal sister of Dawood Ibrahim became a ferocious gangster, and eventually the ‘Godmother’ of Mumbai underworld.
Going by the trailer, in her early adulthood, Haseena had to face the wrath of police just because she was the sister of Dawood. Her husband’s killing looks to be the catalyst in her stepping into the world of gangsters. Shraddha’s look and her arresting performance is the best part of the trailer besides the stunning visuals and electrifying dialogues.
Shraddha’s real life brother Siddhant Kapoor has played Dawood in ‘Haseena Parkar’, which is slated for worldwide release on August 18, 2017.
