India’s leading think tank SKOCH Group that deals with socio-economic issues announced the Best IT Minister and e-G0vernace State of the Year for 2020 based on the various parameters
TRS working President, IT Minister Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao has been awarded the ‘Best Performing IT Minister’ for 2020 making him the sole IT Minister to bag the award twice. He received the award back in 2016.
Telangana state bagged the SKOCH ‘e-Governance State of the Year’ for 2020. The think tank picked the best state and IT Minister based on ongoing studies since 2013 across the States and Centre.
The official Twitter handle of Minister for IT, Industries, MA & UD, Telangana shared the happy news of IT Minister KTR and Telangana winning the SKOCH awards.
“Delighted to share that Telangana IT Minister @KTRTRS has been awarded the SKOCH “Best Performing IT Minister†Award for the year 2020. Also, Telangana state has been awarded “e-Governance State of the Year” award by @skochgroup,” the tweet reads.
Fellow Telugu state Andhra Pradesh stood in second place, behind its sibling Telangana. The detailed Governance Report card is expected to be released in the next month.
