With the GHMC polls round the corner, the government promised ex-gratia but could not pay. This has led to a lot of discontent among the people. The non-payment of ex-gratia could have been the reason for KTR not going to the flood-hit areas, say sources. Whatever the reason, “KTR missing” posters are creating quite a sensation in the flood hit areas.
