Kuberaa Adopts Hybrid Ticket Pricing Model

It is already known that Dhanush and Nagarjuna are joining forces for Kuberaa, directed by Sekhar Kammula. With the film slated for release on June 20, the makers have ramped up the promotional activities to build excitement among audiences.

In a new development, the film’s producer Suniel Narang has revealed an innovative approach regarding the ticket pricing for Kuberaa. Breaking away from the traditional pricing system, the team has opted for a hybrid and dynamic pricing model. This means ticket prices will vary depending on the theatre’s location and the area’s market dynamics rather than having a uniform pricing across all centres.

For example, in prime areas of Hyderabad like Hitech City, Gachibowli, and other upscale localities, ticket prices will be around ₹250. In contrast, areas like Kompally and other suburban zones will have comparatively moderate pricing. The producer has officially announced this dynamic pricing strategy, marking one of the first times such a system is being experimented with for a mainstream Telugu release.

If this hybrid pricing model proves successful with Kuberaa, it could potentially set a new trend in the Telugu film industry. Other filmmakers might adopt this region-based pricing formula, tailoring ticket costs according to audience demographics and location-specific demand.
