Last Friday’s release, Kumari 21 F, has become the talking point of town already. As the film’s matured content that never crossed the boundary between artistic and sleazy content has impressed audiences big time, they are now showering it with love through collections.
From its first weekend, Sukumar’s writing and Surya Pratap’s directorial Kumari 21 F has clocked nearly 6.4+ crores ‘share’ from the world box office. Picking up nearly 2.35 crores from Nizam alone, this Raj Tarun and Hebah Patel starrer showcased the power of content.
It made a staggering 2.95 crores from other Telugu regions and 63 lakhs from USA, 46 lakhs from Karnataka. While the film has to collect nearly 10 crores ‘share’ to recover the investments made through theatricals, the ongoing trend makes it possible in the next few days itself.
Devi Sri Prasad’s roaring music in the form of two songs, Meghalu.. and Love cheyyala vadda.. is playing crucial role in setting up the whole film’s mood, while the story itself is a big winner.
