The Telangana government is moving forward with an ambitious project to build a new Osmania Hospital that will cater to the region’s healthcare needs well into the future. A foundation stone ceremony is scheduled for today at Gosha Mahal, with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy leading the event. The ceremony will also be attended by Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, along with several ministers and MLAs. This project has been given top priority by the Congress government and will be built to international standards.

Spanning over an expansive 26.30-acre site, the new Osmania Hospital will be equipped with cutting-edge facilities to meet both current and future healthcare demands. The facility will feature 2,000 beds, offering comprehensive services for in-patient and out-patient care. It will also include state-of-the-art operation theaters across various medical departments and a wide array of diagnostic services.

One of the standout features of the new hospital will be India’s largest multi-level parking system, ensuring ample space for visitors. The hospital will house 30 specialized medical departments, all equipped with modern infrastructure. In addition, it will include dedicated centers for specialized organ transplants, including kidney, liver, and skin. A spacious 750-seat auditorium will also be part of the facility, catering to medical conferences, events, and community programs.

With this advanced infrastructure and world-class medical services, the new Osmania Hospital is set to become a leading healthcare provider in Telangana, meeting the growing medical needs of the region’s expanding population.
