Superstar Mahesh Babu has long been known for his philanthropic efforts, particularly in supporting heart surgeries for children, a noble initiative he has been funding for several years. Now, he and his wife Namrata Shirodkar have taken another remarkable step in the realm of child healthcare and women’s health.

As part of this initiative, Namrata visited Vijayawada today to inaugurate a Mother’s Milk Bank Center, the first of its kind in Andhra Pradesh. Speaking at the event, she highlighted the significance of the project, stating, “It is an honor to launch this center, which will provide life-saving nutrition to infants whose mothers are unable to produce milk. Breast milk is crucial for a newborn’s growth, boosting their immune system, and reducing the risk of infections and diseases.”

Additionally, Namrata announced the launch of a Cervical Cancer Vaccination Program aimed at protecting young girls aged 9 to 18 from one of the most preventable yet serious health threats. She emphasized the need for early prevention, stating, “Cervical cancer remains a major health concern, but with timely vaccination, we can safeguard future generations. Our goal is to vaccinate 1,500 girls by 2025, ensuring awareness and accessibility for those in need.”

This initiative further reinforces Mahesh Babu and Namrata’s commitment to social welfare, setting them apart as role models in celebrity-driven philanthropy. Their continued efforts in healthcare and child welfare deserve appreciation, as they strive to make a lasting impact on countless lives.
