Mammootty is one of the most popular stars in India. He impressed Telugu people with his portrayal as YS Rajasekhara Reddy in the latter’s biopic and he is soon to star in yet another Telugu project.
We already reported that the versatile actor is said to be playing the antagonist role in Akhil Akkineni upcoming film, Agent.
Now, the latest buzz is that the ace actor is taking home a massive sum as remuneration. It is heard that Mammootty is charging Rs 3 Cr as a remuneration for the project. Seems like the star actor liked the story very much and came on board to play the lead antagonist character.
Directed by Surender Reddy, Akhil is said to play the role of a spy in this feature. Sakshi Vaidya has roped in to play the female lead, which is jointly backed by Anil Sunkara and Surender Reddy.
On the other hand, Akhil is currently waiting for the release of the upcoming romantic entertainer ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’.
