Technology is playing a big role in our lives and people have almost forgotten to stay in touch with their families. While the trend is slowly picking up in Asian countries, it is already prevalent in Western countries. The lifestyle also plays a big role in this.
A man was fed up with this and decided to teach a big lesson to his family members who are not staying in touch. For this, he came up with an extreme prank. He faked his death and made his family believe that he is no more. His family believed this and mourned his death.
Taking to social media, they mourned his death and held a big funeral to give him a final goodbye. Little do his family members know that they are going to face the biggest shock in their lives. He showed up at the funeral and made a grand entry in a helicopter.
A Belgian man who goes by the name David Baerten decided to teach a big lesson to his family and make them understand the importance of living together. The family members are shocked by this and burst into tears looking at David Baerten. The family members gave a tight hug to them.
The Belgian man said that what happened in the family was not good and he was not even invited to any event. Seeing this I felt that I am unappreciated as we all grew up apart. So I have decided to teach my family a big lesson, he said.
“I never get invited to anything. Nobody sees me. We all grew apart. I felt unappreciated. That’s why I wanted to give them a life lesson and show them that you shouldn’t wait until someone is dead to meet up with them,” 45-year-old David Baerten said speaking to local media.
