The much-anticipated Telugu film “Manamey,” starring Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty, held a grand pre-release event in Hyderabad last night. The event was graced by the presence of the entire cast and crew, along with a few special guests.
The pre-release event buzzed with optimism for the film’s success. Nizam distributor Shashidhar Reddy of Mythri Movie Makers, having already witnessed the film, predicted it to be the biggest summer blockbuster. Producer TG Vishwa Prasad, who fondly referred to Sharwanand as the “Charming Star,” expressed plans to celebrate the film’s success with an event in Andhra Pradesh.
Director Sriram Adittya praised producer Vishwa Prasad for his boldness and thanked Sharwanand for his unwavering support. He credited Sharwanand for being the driving force behind the film and promised a captivating cinematic experience.
Sharwanand, in his speech, congratulated the recent political victories in Andhra Pradesh and highlighted the true festival beginning with “Manamey’s” theatrical release on June 7th. He also extended his best wishes to Prabhas’ upcoming film “Kalki 2898 AD.”
Sharwanand shed light on the film’s poignant theme – the value of time spent with loved ones, particularly parents. He emphasized that Sriram Adittya beautifully portrayed this message in the movie, especially during the heartwarming last 40 minutes.
Expressing his gratitude, Sharwanand looked back on his 20-year career with 35 films. He thanked all the directors and producers who provided him with opportunities, regardless of the outcome. He acknowledged his journey from aspiring actor to established star, crediting Vishwa Prasad for bestowing the “Charming Star” title and Shashi Garu for his encouragement and suggested release date. Praising Krithi Shetty’s dedication and acknowledging Vishwa Prasad’s unwavering support, Sharwanand promised to take full responsibility for the film’s outcome, crediting Sriram Adittya for its success.
The event concluded with Sharwanand assuring the audience that they will witness a new and evolved Sharwanand in “Manamey” and future films.
