Cut to now, traditional Telangana folk singer Mangili had landed in legal trouble for using wrong lyrics in her recently released Bonalu song.
A few BJP corporators in Hyderabad have filed a police complaint, saying Mangili has used the wrong lyrics for a Bonalu sing that she had crooned very recently.
BJP corporators are alleging that Mangili’s has belittled Goddess Durga with her altered release and demanded her to take down the video from all the social media platforms immediately. A police case on the same has been registered.
Mangili is yet to react to the police case. On the career front, Mangili is in top form. She is the frontline choice for almost all the energetic dance numbers in Telugu film albums of late. She attained a whole lot of popularity with the Ramulo Ramula song from Ala Vaikunthapurramulo.
