In fact during the election campaign, he hired auto-rickshaws because of his financial status to seek votes from people. Pratap Chandra Sarangi is an MP from Balasore constituency of Odisha. The 64-year-old first time Parliamentarian is hailed as “Odisha’s Modi” as he is quite famous for his oratory skills. Pratap won against crorepati candidates BJD MP Rabindra Kumar Jena and Odisha Congress’ Navajyoti Patnaik in this election with a majority of 13,000 votes.
In the social media, Pratap is getting popular for his down-to-earth nature and people are hailing for Modi too for inducting Pratap in the cabinet.
