Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej’s Solo Brathuke So Better will be going the OTT way as Zee5 had acquired the direct to digital and satellite rights of the film.If reports are to be believed, Zee5 is planning to implement an exciting model for Solo Brathuke So Better’s digital release.
Apparently, Zee5 management is keen on streaming Solo Brathuke So Better on pay-per-view basis. If that is the case, the Sai Dharam Tej starrer will be the first mainstream Telugu film to release through pay-per-view model.Ticket pricing will turn a key aspect if Zee5 decides to go ahead with its idea. We can expect the pricing to be in upwards of Rs 150 per view.
Zee5 already has a digital streaming platform and setting up a pay-per-view model wouldn’t be too big of a task for them. The final decision on this will be taken shortly. Further developments in this regard will be monitored with great interest by Tollywood followers.
Zee5 is said to have shelled out a fancy price for the digital rights of Solo Brathuke So Better which has debutante Subbu at the helm.
