The much-awaited 80s Stars Reunion made a heartfelt comeback in Chennai after a three-year gap, bringing together some of Indian cinema’s most cherished icons. Megastar Chiranjeevi and Victory Venkatesh, who traveled together to attend the gathering, showcased their enduring friendship and camaraderie.
Unlike previous editions hosted in grand hotels, this year’s reunion was held in an intimate setting at the residence of Rajkumar Sethupathy and Sripriya. The evening was thoughtfully curated by Lissy Lakshmi, Poornima Bhagyaraj, Khushbu Sundar, and Suhasini Maniratnam.
A total of 31 stars from across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and even Bollywood graced the event, including Jackie Shroff and Prabhu. The atmosphere brimmed with warmth as the actors reminisced about their journeys, celebrating the bonds that transcend fame, time, and regional boundaries.

Reflecting on the gathering, organiser Lissy Lakshmi shared, “It was a quiet gathering of friends… to express unity, empathy, and gratitude for the bonds that have outlasted fame and time.”
