It is true that most of us expect entertainment and two hours plus of light hearted experience when we enter a theatre. But there are also times when we seek a particular message that makes the circle complete. Now, Tollywood is blessed to have certain filmmakers who believe in balancing entertainment along with a message. One such director is Sreekanth Addala.
He is now arriving with his new movie ‘Mukunda’ and the censor board has given the film a U/A. Few leaks from the censor office reveal message orientation is there in ‘Mukunda’ as well. When Sreekanth made with ‘Kotha Bangaru Lokam’ it was a typical love story but with father sentiment. When he made ‘Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ it had the sentiment of bonding of brothers and family values.
Now, in ‘Mukunda’ also some message is being conveyed and as per the censor leak values such as honesty and sticking to ethics is stressed in a subtle manner. The film is due for release on December 24th marking the debut of Varun Tej as the hero. So, let us see what ‘Mukunda’ teaches us.
