Union Home Minister Kishan Reddy has said that the Center will take a policy decision on the Visakhapatnam steel plant. Speaking to the media, he said that the central government had taken a policy decision in the case of the Visakhapatnam steel plant. He said it was burdensome to run the loss-making Visakhapatnam steel industry.
Minister said the central government would take back its decision if the Andhra Pradesh government takes the steel plant under its purview. He said that in democracy, everyone has the right to protest for the sake of the steel industry.
Recently, CM Jagan once again wrote a letter to the PM seeking him an appointment to join all party leaders and trade unions.
